Loparex LLC, a leading silicone release liners manufacturer, seeks a Machine Operator in Hammond, WI. The role involves operating, adjusting, and monitoring the production line during the day shift (5:00AM–5:00PM) on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Base pay is $21.50 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour premium; opportunities exist for higher pay with training and advancement. Candidates should have strong safety focus, basic math, and mechanical aptitude, plus ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50

Responsibilities

• Operate the machine including start-up, changeover, shutdown and daily operation.

• Enter information into computer and print roll labels.
• Perform routine quality testing on product.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance.

Our Hammond, Wisconsin factory is looking for both new and experienced Machine Operators to join our team! If you're new to the manufacturing industry, we offer onsite, hands‑on training and all team members are eligible for multiple opportunities for growth, learning and development.

Day Shift Schedule:

5:00AM - 5:00PM

• 2-2-3 Schedule (2 days on Monday-Thursday; Every other Friday-Sunday off)

Base Pay Rate:

$21.50 hourly, plus premiums based upon the following:

• 2-2-3 Schedule Premium: $2.00 / hr.
• Opportunities for additional pay increases if trained as a secondary or primary operator

Responsibilities

• Operate the machine; this includes start-up, changeover, shutdown and daily operation.
• Observe and monitor machine for defects during operation.
• Identify and correct problems on machine. Notify appropriate personnel of any operational issues.
• Use computer to enter valid information and to print out roll labels.
• Perform routine quality testing on product.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures.
• Must have regular consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity and customers.
• Requires the ability to read and write, follow verbal and written instructions, use basic math, take accurate measurements and use hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for 12 hours.
