Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Machine Operator on the paint line to operate powdercoat and liquid paint equipment. You will set up, run, and shut down the line, load and unload products, and verify finish quality while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires basic math and mechanical skills, ability to follow written instructions, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Accurate measurement and inspection tasks required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and shut down paint line.
• Load/unload paint line with product.
• Inspect and verify product according to quality standards.
• Use paint thickness gauge to verify thickness.
• Perform daily PM on paint line equipment.
• Inspect, clean, and change tips on paint guns.
• Maintain safety and 5S practices.
