Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Paint, Print, Pack Machine Technician 1 – E-Coat to perform PMs, cleaning, and maintenance of paint equipment. You will troubleshoot issues, replace worn parts, and ensure line readiness in a fast-paced production cell.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prior maintenance/technical experience. The role includes on-site benefits and growth opportunities within a leading industrial brand.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

The Paint, Print, Pack Machine Technician 1 – E-Coat is responsible for PM’s, daily cleaning, and general maintenance of the paint equipment.

• Troubleshoot paint equipment
• Repair and replace worn and broken components
• Troubleshoot all air pumps and regulators
• Make adjustments to equipment to maximize output
• Be responsible for titrations and to make adjustments accordingly
• Record pressure differences on gauges
• Visually inspect gauges and other equipment
• Change any filters that need it
• Monitor all chains for excessive build up and clean/replace as needed
• Operate all equipment within the cell
• Monitor the lines and assure that each line is operating at 100%
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain a steady work pace
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
• Practice 5Ss

What TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
