Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Paint, Print, Pack Machine Technician 1 – E-Coat to maintain paint equipment and ensure smooth production in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will perform PMs, troubleshoot issues, and keep lines running at 100% while following safety and 5S standards. Prior maintenance or technical experience is preferred for this hands-on role in our manufacturing environment.

Formación

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical field preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong technical/mechanical skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform PMs, daily cleaning, and general maintenance of the paint equipment.
• Troubleshoot paint equipment and repair/replace worn components.
• Troubleshoot air pumps and regulators; adjust equipment to maximize output.
• Record pressure differences on gauges and monitor gauges.
• Change filters and monitor/clean lines for buildup.
• Maintain safety and 5S practices; operate equipment in the cell.
• Other duties as assigned in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
