Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is hiring a Paint, Print, Pack Machine Technician 1 – E-Coat to perform PMs, daily cleaning, and general maintenance of the paint equipment. You will repair components, troubleshoot air pumps, and adjust systems to maximize output, while ensuring safety and lean process standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and prior maintenance/technical experience, with strong mechanical skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma.
• Experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical field at MT or similar employer.
• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs, daily cleaning and general maintenance of paint equipment.
• Repair and replace worn/broken components.
• Troubleshoot air pumps and regulators and adjust equipment to maximize output.
• Record pressure differences and monitor gauges to ensure lines operate at 100%.
• Maintain safety and 5S practices in the area.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

The Paint, Print, Pack Machine Technician 1 – E-Coat is responsible for PM’s, daily cleaning, and general maintenance of the paint equipment.

• Repair and replace worn and broken components
• Troubleshoot all air pumps and regulators
• Make adjustments to equipment to maximize output
• Be responsible for titrations and to make adjustments accordingly
• Record pressure differences on gauges
• Visually inspect gauges and other equipment
• Change any filters that need it
• Monitor all chains for excessive build up and clean/replace as needed
• Operate all equipment within the cell
• Monitor the lines and assure that each line is operating at 100%
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain a steady work pace
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
• Practice 5Ss
