Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Machine Operator - Paint to run powdercoat and liquid paint equipment on site. You will set up, operate, and monitor the paint line while ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include PMs, tool/tip maintenance, color and thickness checks, and maintaining production pace. The role requires attention to details and responsiveness to equipment issues in a dusty environment.

• Able to work in dust, vapors, etc.
• Load/unload paint line with product
• Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required
• Inspect and verify product according to quality standards
• Use paint thickness gauge to verify paint thickness
• Hone turnover belt (powder application)
• Perform daily Preventative Maintenance (PM) on paint line equipment
• Inspect, clean, and change out tips on paint guns
• Perform frequent walk-throughs to ensure equipment is operating properly
• Change out and add paint as requiredCheck and clean re-claim hoppers
• Maintain production pace and standards
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
• Practice 5Ss
