Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (M-F 3:30 pm - 12:00 am) This is a temporary position

Starting at $20.00 per hour.

Position Summary: The Equipment Operator will operate equipment used in manufacturing products. The operator will collaborate with team members to meet or exceed quality and production expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to safety policies, including PPE, incident reporting, hazard communication, and labeling.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Locate jobs and set up programs in Laser console.
• Ensure goals are met and products are developed on schedule.
• Gather necessary materials for jobs.
• Maintain equipment and report issues promptly.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Manually adjust line breaks on segmented parts to prevent separation.
• Convert measurements between standard and metric systems.
• Read prints and match them to routers and tickets.
• Pull and verify programs from drives.
• Set up and edit programs to match coordinates.
• Use calipers and measuring tools accurately.
• Lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly, and team lifts up to 75 lbs.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Keep workstation organized and safe.
• Build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and quality checks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report discrepancies.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Efficiently pull jobs from FIFO system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge/Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• 1-3+ years manufacturing experience in medical or regulated manufacturing.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints for setup and operation.
• Ability to work professionally with others.
