Position Summary

The Equipment Operator will operate manufacturing equipment, work with team members to meet quality and production goals, and ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and report incidents.
• Read blueprints and set up programs in laser consoles.
• Ensure equipment is operational and address issues promptly.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately.
• Handle materials and perform measurements using calipers and other tools.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, assist with team lifts up to 75 lbs.
• Maintain confidentiality and organized workstations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and assist in training new employees.
• Perform troubleshooting and quality checks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years manufacturing experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to interpret blueprints.
