Job Summary:
This role involves operating insertion and printing equipment at a basic proficiency level to process customer correspondence mailings. Responsibilities include focusing on production and quality in line with 5S Lean methodology, working in a high-volume physical production environment, and monitoring production plans by operating high-speed manufacturing equipment.
Line of Business Description:
This is a first-level position requiring operation of insertion and printing equipment for processing customer statements and communications in a high-volume, demanding environment. Candidates should be production and quality-focused, familiar with 5S and Lean principles, self-motivated, cross-trained on multiple equipment types, organized, results-oriented, and able to work physically demanding shifts with flexibility and adherence to safety policies. Supervised by shift leaders, this role involves compliance with all departmental policies and safety standards.
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
