Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Machine Operator 2 to operate the Big Red sealer and support production lines. You will set up equipment, load materials, monitor quality, and work with technicians to resolve issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of machine operation experience. Training and on-site wellness amenities are provided as part of our benefits package.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

The Machine Operator 2 is responsible for operating the Big Red sealer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Big Red sealer
• May use computer to load printer software
• Set up and verify weigh scale
• Load/unload sealing equipment with product and packaging material
• Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required
• Inspect and verify product according to quality standards
• Work with Machine Technician to resolve problems with equipment
• Clean equipment as required to ensure proper operation
• Break down scrap packages
• Able to work effectively within small teams
• Accurately complete scrap tickets
• Accurately complete daily production sheet
• Accurately update hourly goal board
• Maintain production pace and standards
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
• Practice 5Ss
