Milwaukee Tool is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator 2 to operate the Big Red sealer on our manufacturing floor. You will load materials, set up, monitor equipment, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining production pace, documenting scrap and production data, and collaborating with a Machine Technician to resolve issues. Prior machine operation experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.

• Set up and verify weigh scale.
• Load/unload sealing equipment with product and packaging material.
• Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required.
• Inspect and verify product according to quality standards.
• Work with Machine Technician to resolve problems with equipment.
• Clean equipment as required to ensure proper operation.
• Break down scrap packages.
• Accurately complete scrap tickets.
• Accurately complete daily production sheet.
• Accurately update hourly goal board.
• Maintain production pace and standards.
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area.
