Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Machine Operator 2 to operate the Big Red sealer and support a fast-paced production line. You will set up equipment, load materials, monitor quality, and collaborate with a machine technician to resolve issues, while adhering to safety and 5S practices.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of machine operation experience preferred.
• Basic math, basic mechanical, and basic computer skills required.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate Big Red sealer.
• May use computer to load printer software.
• Set up and verify weigh scale.
• Load/unload sealing equipment with product and packaging material.
• Recognize and react to problems with equipment and make adjustments.
• Inspect and verify product according to quality standards.
• Work with Machine Technician to resolve problems with equipment.
• Clean equipment as required to ensure proper operation.
• Break down scrap packages.
• Accurately complete scrap tickets and daily production sheet.

The Machine Operator 2 is responsible for operating the Big Red sealer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Big Red sealer
• May use computer to load printer software
• Set up and verify weigh scale
• Load/unload sealing equipment with product and packaging material
• Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required
• Inspect and verify product according to quality standards
• Work with Machine Technician to resolve problems with equipment
• Clean equipment as required to ensure proper operation
• Break down scrap packages
• Able to work effectively within small teams
• Accurately complete scrap tickets
• Accurately complete daily production sheet
• Accurately update hourly goal board
• Maintain production pace and standards
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
• Practice 5Ss

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of machine operation experience preferred
