Milwaukee Tool is hiring a Machine Operator 2 for our production team. The role focuses on operating the Big Red sealer, loading materials, and maintaining production pace while adhering to safety standards.

You will set up equipment, monitor quality, and collaborate with a Machine Technician to resolve issues. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of machine operation experience are preferred; benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance.

• Set up and verify weigh scale

• Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required
• Inspect and verify product according to quality standards
• Work with Machine Technician to resolve problems with equipment
• Clean equipment as required to ensure proper operation
• Break down scrap packages
• Able to work effectively within small teams
• Accurately complete scrap tickets
• Accurately complete daily production sheet
• Accurately update hourly goal board
• Maintain production pace and standards
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
• Practice 5Ss
