As a Machine Operator, you'll work with advanced CNC equipment to produce precision-machined components in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.**Schedule:**Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:00pm**What You'll Do:*** Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently* Loading and unloading materials and parts* Reading and following work instructions* Using precision measuring tools to verify part quality* Identifying and reporting quality or production concerns* Maintaining accurate production records* Using basic shop tools and material-handling equipment* Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members* Contributing to a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment**What We're Looking For:*** Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English* Ability to hear and recognize normal and abnormal machine sounds* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Manufacturing experience is helpful but **not required**.
