Job summary

Hayden Valley Foods, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to own assigned machinery and help reach production goals. You will follow all company policies and food safety protocols while collaborating with production management and the QC team to minimize risks and maintain quality.

The role requires standing for shifts on 1st shift with hours 5:45 am to 1:45 pm or 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a $19.50 per hour base pay plus shift differential and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED
• Food Manufacturing experience or Warehouse experience
• Ability to understand the process of the job required
• Make sure the quality of the product meets requirements
• Knowledge of a scale and tape gun
• GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF and all food safety trainings
• Making sure the quality of the product meets requirements
• Making sure each box has the correct label
• Making sure packaging is correct to prevent contamination

Summary:

Responsible for taking ownership of assigned machinery and tasked production goals. Ensures all company policies and food safety protocols are followed while partnering with both production management and QC team to identify and eliminate risks while meeting production goals.

Physical Demands of Position:

Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch throughout the duration of work shift. Required to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasional lifting over 75 pounds.

Candidate Qualifications:

Required: High school diploma or GED

Food Manufacturing experience | Warehouse Experience
