Hayden Valley Foods Inc in Grove City, Ohio, is looking for a dedicated Machine Operator for 2nd Shift. This role involves taking full responsibility for assigned machinery while meeting production goals in a dynamic food manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, food manufacturing experience preferred, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The position offers a pay range of $17.50 to $19.50 per hour along with full benefits and a positive work atmosphere.

Responsible for taking ownership of assigned machinery and achieving production goals. Ensures all company policies and food safety protocols are followed while partnering with production management and QC to identify and eliminate risks while meeting production goals.
Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch throughout the duration of the work shift. Required to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasional lifting over 75 pounds.
2nd Shift – 2 pm to 12 am, Monday to Thursday (10‑hour shift). Some training may be required on 1st shift.
$17.50 to $19.50 per hour, DOE plus shift differential. Full benefits options, free life insurance, 7 paid holidays, paid vacation + sick time.
Must pass a criminal background check and a pre‑employment drug screen.
