Job summary

Hayden Valley Foods is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st shift to own and run assigned machinery while meeting production goals. You will follow GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF standards and ensure correct labeling and packaging to prevent contamination.

Summary:

Responsible for taking ownership of assigned machinery and tasked production goals. Ensures all company policies and food safety protocols are followed while partnering with both production management and QC team to identify and eliminate risks while meeting production goals.

Physical Demands of Position:

Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch throughout the duration of work shift. Required to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasional lifting over 75 pounds.

Candidate Qualifications:

Required: High school diploma or GED

Food Manufacturing experience | Warehouse Experience

Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Ability to understand the process of the job required.
• Make sure the quality of the product meets requirements.
• Knowledge of a scale and tape gun
• GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF and all food safety/pre-requisite program trainings
• Making sure the quality of the product meet requirements
• Making sure each box has the correct label.
• Making sure packaging is correct to prevent any kind of contamination.

Shift Hours:

1st Shift- 5:45 am to 1:45 pm / 6 am to 2 pm (Hours vary by department). Monday to Friday

Compensation & Benefits Package:
