Mykelly is seeking a Machine Operator (1st shift) in Hastings, NE to operate, set up, and maintain manual or computerized equipment while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1+ years in related environments, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 5:30 am to 4 pm, with an hourly rate up to $18.50.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED preferred with 1+ years in industrial, manufacturing, machining, or construction environments.
• Basic shop math, blueprint reading, computer literacy, precise measuring instrument use, and strong organizational skills.
• Forklift certification required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive arm movements.
• Self-motivated team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate machinery, perform visual inspections, and resolve production/technical issues.
• Move materials using forklifts and power lift trucks to ensure smooth production flow.
• Read route sheets and blueprints; train new machine operators as needed.
• Follow all company procedures, safety policies, and assigned duties.

-Location: Hastings, NE 68901
-Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 5:30 am to 4 pm
–Hourly rate: up to $18.50/h
-Contract: W2 contract under staffing supplier, with 6month duration (possible conversion according to performance)

Required & Preferred Qualifications

• Experience & Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred with 1+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, machining, or construction environments.
