Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to cut and shape die castings to customer specifications.
• Read blueprints and follow programmed machining instructions.
• Perform turning, milling, drilling, tapping, boring, reaming and countersinking operations.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, dial gauges and digital gauges.
• Identify quality issues and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Assist with machine setup adjustments as needed.
• Learn print reading, equipment operation and quality procedures through on-the-job training.

Schedule1st Shift Monday Thursday: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM Overtime may be required on Fridays from 5:00 AM 1:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to cut and shape die castings to customer specifications
• Read blueprints and follow programmed machining instructions
• Perform machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, tapping, boring, reaming and countersinking
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, gauge pins and digital gauges
• Identify quality issues and ensure parts meet specifications
• Assist with machine setup adjustments as needed
• Learn print reading, equipment operation and quality procedures through on-the-job training
