Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred with 1+ years in industrial, manufacturing, machining, or construction environments.
• Basic shop math, blueprint reading, computer literacy, precise measuring instrument use, and strong organizational skills.
• Forklift certification required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive arm movements.
• Self-motivated team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, perform visual inspections, and resolve production/technical issues.
• Move materials using forklifts and power lift trucks to ensure smooth production flow.
• Read route sheets and blueprints; train new machine operators as needed.
• Follow all company procedures, safety policies, and assigned duties.
