Associated Staffing Inc. is seeking a reliable Machine Operator for a Hastings manufacturing site. The role offers a four-day workweek with overtime opportunities and the chance to gain hands-on manufacturing experience.

Pay varies by shift: 1st shift $18.50/hr and 2nd shift $21.28/hr, with schedules Monday-Thursday: 5:30 AM-4:00 PM or 4:00 PM-2:30 AM. This is a temporary assignment of about 6 months with possible extension.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction or related field preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Basic math skills for shop tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Use hand tools to complete production tasks.
• Move materials using forklifts and power lift trucks.
• Read route sheets and blueprints.
• Perform quality inspections.
• Help maintain an efficient production flow.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Pay: 1st Shift $18.50/hr & 2nd Shift $21.28/hr

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 1st Shift 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM & 2nd Shift 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Overtime on Fridays as needed

Temporary assignment (approximately 6 months with potential to extend)
