Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing and operations preferred.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary range for General Labor: starting at $25.86 / hour with increase following the completion of training

Schedule: must be available to work 12-hour NIGHT shifts with overtime as needed

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Warrenton as the Machine Operator:

• Lead and enforce safety processes and procedures
• Lead and enforce SQF [Safe Quality Food] processes and procedures
• Ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned
• Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products
  • Extruder
  • Pelletizer
  • Feed system [hoppers, augers]
  • Winders/pullers

Inspect the extruded product for quality and consistency

Utilize clamp truck to stock Thermoforming department & stage warehouse

Other duties as assigned.

3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, machinery and operations is preferred

SAP and MES experience is strongly preferred

Capable of making quality determinations independently

Strong skillset in troubleshooting, problem solving, and critical thinking

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials [up to 50lbs]

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be available to work 12-hour shift and overtime as needed.
