The ideal candidate will have good attendance, a desire for continuous development, and a focus on producing quality parts safely in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret manufacturing instructions and drawings.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate shop software and machines.
• Basic math skills and understanding of tolerances to ensure part accuracy.
• Good verbal communication with team members and supervisors to coordinate work.
• Safety minded and able to follow safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and assemble per manufacturing job work orders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, etc.).
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Ability to operate a hoist to move rollers to each operation.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Edgerton, WI

Employment Type: Full-Time, First Shift, Mon–Thurs: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday Overtime as Needed, No Saturday/Sunday work

Pay: Competitive hourly rate: $23.00/hr.

Position Summary

Key Areas of Production

• - Operate equipment and assemble per manufacturing job work orders.
