Maxcess International in Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to set up and run boring, turning, balancing, and coating operations on precision components, reading blueprints and specifications, and ensuring parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend manufacturing instructions.
• Basic math skills and understanding of tolerances.
• Good verbal communication skills for interaction with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment per manufacturing job work orders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering specs.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring tools.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Operate a hoist to move rollers to each operation.
