  • Utilize precision measurement instruments for part accuracy.
  • Perform post-machining tasks for final inspection.
  • Support other production tasks as assigned.

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role requires consistent lifting, accurate weighing/mixing of materials, and a sharp eye for detail. If you take pride in your work and show up ready to contribute every day, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Set up production machinery using vises, clamps, and fixtures according to engineering specifications.
  • Load raw stock into automated machinery and remove finished components in a high‑cycle production environment.
  • Select and install appropriate cutting tools, such as end mills and face mills, based on material properties.
  • Manipulate handwheels and levers to control feed rates and spindle speeds for precise material removal.
  • Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to determine exact dimensions and sequences.
  • Utilize precision measurement instruments, including micrometers and dial indicators, to verify part accuracy.
  • Perform post‑machining tasks such as deburring and part cleaning to prepare items for final inspection.
  • Support other production tasks as assigned
Compensation

Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
