Job summary

CoWorx is seeking Machine Operators in Canton, MA for 1st and 3rd shifts. You will operate extrusion machinery, load raw materials, monitor quality, and perform startup/shutdown activities on a four-day workweek with Fridays off.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, can read/write English, and are able to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior manufacturing experience and PLC touch-screen operation are highly desired; safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Production teams.
• Reporting safety concerns, hazards, or equipment abnormalities promptly.
• Assisting with material handling and lifting materials weighing up to 50lbs.

We're seeking reliable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our production team as a Machine Operator. Shift: Monday through Thursday 6 PM - 6 AM. Fridays off! Built in overtime!
