Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to operate core-making equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will safely run machines, set up and monitor processes, load materials, and inspect cores for quality.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow work instructions, stand for long periods, lift and move materials, and work as part of a production team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine-operating experience preferred.
• Experience with core-making, foundry, molding, or similar industrial equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic measurements.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn machine operation and adjustments.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Position Summary

Work Environment

This position is performed in a manufacturing/production environment and may involve exposure to machinery, noise, dust, heat, and industrial materials. Appropriate personal protective equipment is required
