We are currently looking for a Machine Operator to operate various metalworking equipment, including CNC machines, to produce precision machined components as instructed by a Supervisor or Lead.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Operate machinery efficiently, maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Complete departmental tasks using manual, automatic, and fixturing equipment, along with precision measuring tools, under supervision.
• Document work processes as per company policy or verbal instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist in other production areas to meet company and customer needs.
• Follow PPE and machine guarding protocols.
• Understand basic machine controls and blueprint reading.
• Accurately count and record parts.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines.
• Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers accurately.
• Load and operate simpler parts on 3-axis machines, ensuring all locators are prepared and clean.

Requirements

• 1+ years of shop experience, trade school education, or equivalent proficiency for the first shift.
• Starting pay at $17.24/hr, with increases based on experience and qualifications. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
