2nd Shift Industrial Sewing Machine Operator

Position Overview

The Sewing Machine Operator operates and maintains Adler and Miller Weld Master industrial sewing machines to assemble fabric for ducting production.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with industry experts to make production adjustments
• Assist in managing team workload and schedules
• Handle inventory control tasks, including paperwork and computer transactions
• Display a strong work ethic and professionalism
• Perform additional proprietary duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to read gauges, tape measures, and specifications accurately
• High attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
• Active listening skills
• Prolonged standing, walking, stooping, bending, and lifting (up to 100% daily)
• Assist in lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs, following safety standards
• Ability to learn quickly and think on your feet
• Energetic, outgoing, and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliability and dependability
• Team-player mindset
• Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment, including handling machinery and exposure to varying conditions

Education and Experience
