Position: Production Operator - Orla, TX

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oil and Gas Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating oil and gas wells and water disposal facilities, ensuring the safe and efficient production of oil and gas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in oil and gas operations and maintenance, as well as a demonstrated commitment to safety and environmental protection.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate oil and gas wells, including monitoring production levels, maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting issues.
2. Operate water disposal facilities, including monitoring water levels and treatment processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment such as pumps, compressors, and valves.
4. Maintain accurate records of production and operations, including daily reports and logs.
5. Follow all safety and environmental protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, report incidents or hazards, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
6. Coordinate with team members, including engineers, geologists, and technicians, to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience in oil and gas operations and maintenance, with experience operating oil and gas wells and water disposal facilities.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
5. Demonstrated commitment to safety and environmental protection.
6. Ability to work rotating shifts and be on call as needed.
7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
