Ardent Staffing Solutions is hiring a dependable and motivated Production Associate for a well-established manufacturing company in Sharon, MA. This is a full-time, hands-on role in a clean, team-oriented environment where you’ll support various stages of the production process.

• Location: Sharon, MA
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Pay: $19.00/hour
• Hours: 40 hours/week

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining fabrication equipment
• Load/unload sheet metal parts and materials
• Perform deburring, grinding, and light assembly
• Transport materials between workstations and assist with inventory
• Maintain overall facility cleanliness

• High attention to safety
• Prior experience in manufacturing, machine operating, or general labor roles
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout your shift
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and shop equipment
