Job Position: Machine Operator

Location: McHenry, IL 60050

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr plus $2.00/hr Shift Differential

Shift: 3rd shift, Mon-Fri, 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure company policies and enforce safety regulations.

• Receive training and direction from supervisors.

• Use operator instructions to run assigned jobs to meet or exceed quality requirements.

• Keep track of production and scrap amounts in machines.

• Keep work areas clean.

• Meet or exceed rate efficiencies on all jobs.

• Maintain good working relationships with others.

• Be able to perform repetitive motions.

Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Must read, speak, and write English.

• Must pass operator training course.
