Now Hiring: Bilingual Machine Operator

Industry: Food Manufacturing

Location: Peabody, MA

Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract to Hire + Overtime Available

What You’ll Do:

1. Operate and monitor food production equipment safely and efficiently
2. Load raw materials and maintain consistent machine output
3. Follow GMP, food safety, and USDA regulations at all times
4. Disassemble and assemble equipment for cleaning or maintenance
5. Perform manual tasks such as box assembly, product packing, and palletizing
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
7. Operate tools and equipment including box sealers, vacuum sealers, and electric pallet jacks
8. Assist with general facility cleaning tasks when needed
9. Communicate effectively and follow instructions in a fast-paced setting

What We’re Looking For:

1. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
2. Prior experience in food manufacturing or machine operation strongly preferred
3. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in refrigerated conditions (around 28°F)
4. Physically capable of lifting 70+ lbs. and performing repetitive movements
5. Basic knife handling and safe equipment use knowledge
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
7. Willingness to learn and take on various production responsibilities
