About the Role:

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our team at a Regional Print Facility in Newville, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various cutting and forming machines or robotic tools used in production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate machines such as lathes, cutters, shears, drills, grinders, and presses
2. Monitor machine operations for defects or malfunctions and make necessary adjustments
3. Read and interpret blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications
4. Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure quality and accuracy
5. Position and secure workpieces manually or using hoists and automatic feeders
6. Replace worn machine tools and accessories as needed
7. Perform basic mechanical and electrical repairs
8. Conduct routine maintenance such as cleaning, oiling, or adding coolant
