• We are hiring immediately for a full-time Food Service Machine Operator position.
• Location: Fresh and Ready Middletown - 3201 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, PA 17057 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time. Hours may vary Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Pay Range: $17.50 to $18.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weighs and measures ingredients.
3. Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
4. Stores food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
5. Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distributes supplies, utensils, and equipment.
7. Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
8. Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
9. Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
10. Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
11. Adheres to sanitation and safety requirements.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
