Job summary

Monroechamber in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Machine Operator to operate production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while maintaining quality and production standards.

Wage is $21.00–$24.00 per hour with a 1st shift 7:00am–3:00pm. Responsibilities include loading/unloading parts, inspecting quality, and maintaining production records. On-the-job training is provided for machine operation and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, lift, and carry materials.
• Ability to lift and handle parts weighing up to 20–25 lbs.
• Ability to repeatedly load and unload parts from machines.
• Ability to use hands and fingers for repetitive tasks and operate tools and equipment.
• Ability to wear required PPE and follow all workplace safety requirements.
