Job summary

IQ Resource Group Green Bay is hiring a Machine Operator in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role is responsible for operating equipment to meet customer specifications and supporting continuous improvement in workmanship, procedures, and safety.

Two shifts are available: 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:00pm) and 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:00pm–6:00am). Starting pay is $20.65 per hour ($19.00 base + $1.65 shift premium upon transfer).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Perform minor machine adjustments and minor equipment repairs.
• Pack finished product and ensure proper quantities.
• Inspect bags/pouches for defects and non-conformances.
• Measure product to customer specifications.
• Work closely with the Quality team regarding non-conformances.
• Troubleshoot machine or process concerns and communicate resolutions.
• Accurately complete and document required paperwork.
• Communicate important information to the next shift.
• Participate in addressing operational challenges and improvements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company quality, operational, HR, safety, and housekeeping policies.
