Job Summary: Perform machine operations on Mills, Lathes, Grinders, Hobs, and Broaches.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read process sheets, blueprints, and sketches to determine machining requirements.
• Mount workpiece and install tooling as specified.
• Start and monitor machining operations, adjusting as needed.
• Inspect parts for conformance using precision tools.
• Organize materials for efficient production.
• May set up additional machine tools as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with manufacturing software, good communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Language Skills: Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., with overtime on Fridays as needed.

Compensation: $21-$21.50 hourly wage.
