Extrusion Machine Operator - 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Schedule: Train on 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) for 4-6 weeks, then transition to 2nd Shift

We're currently hiring a 2nd Shift Extrusion Machine Operator to support the production of high-quality wire and cable products in a fast-paced environment. If you've worked with extrusion or heavy machinery, this is your opportunity to grow in a stable, safety-driven workplace.
Operate extrusion machines in a continuous manufacturing environment.
Follow detailed shop orders and manufacturing specs to ensure product quality.
Set up machines, including temperature profiles, dies, tips, and crossheads.
Monitor and adjust machine parameters like tension, ratios, sparker voltage, and preheat.
Perform quality checks on materials (tensile, elongation, dimensions).
Tag materials appropriately and record production data on daily reports.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with all safety procedures.
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or extrusion machine operator role.
Ability to read and understand work orders and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
Basic math skills and solid verbal/written communication.
Willingness to train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks before moving to 2nd shift.
Hands-on training and support from experienced operators
