Job Details:

1. Position: Machine Operator - 2nd Shift
2. Location: Fort Atkinson, WI
3. Wage: Starting at $20.00/hr + $3.00 shift premium
4. Schedule: 4 ten-hour days (Monday-Thursday, 2pm-12am), mandatory OT on Fridays and every other Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned production equipment, including Turrets, Punch Presses, Panel Benders, and Lasers
• Follow shop orders and prints for daily production

Physical and Work Environment:

• Stand for at least 8 hours on a cement floor
• Use arms to reach and hands to handle or feel
• Lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Exposure to seasonal temperature/humidity changes

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Basic PLC/CNC knowledge is a plus
• Ability to read tape measures and operate measuring devices
