Job Description

Are you ready to play a crucial role in our production process? We're seeking a dedicated Production Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll run our envelope production machines at our climate-controlled Butler facility, minutes from Milwaukee!

Machine Operators safely run our fast-running envelope machines in a production factory. You will examine work orders to determine specifications, inspect product quality according to established guidelines using tools like a ruler, and pack envelopes uniformly while keeping pace with machine speeds. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us uphold high standards and deliver top-notch products to our customers. Additionally, you can earn 80 hours of paid vacation and up to 3 sick days within your first year, all within a climate-controlled environment.

Shift Available

1st Shift 6:30am - 2:30pm, M-F

Workday Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and move materials, tooling, and finished products within the plant.
  • Operate hand trucks for loading and moving materials.
  • Count, weigh, and record units of materials handled daily.
  • Manage paper waste and ensure proper recycling.
  • Perform quality checks and maintain production speeds as set by supervisors.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

  • Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Manual dexterity and strong initiative.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and recording data.
Preferred Qualifications

Manufacturing experience is preferred.
