ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machine Operator in Elkhart, IN. The role involves setting up and operating production equipment, monitoring performance, and packaging finished goods to meet customer specifications.

Forklift and material handling duties are included, with opportunities for overtime and growth. Training and standard 2nd shift are provided, with potential for longer 12-hour shifts during furnace operations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and use measuring tools, including tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.

• Set up and operate slitting, welding, packaging, and related production equipment.

• Operate forklifts, electric hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload materials and transport products throughout the facility.

Pay Range

$21.00 per hour

Shift

• Training: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Regular Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• During furnace operations, employees may work 12-hour shifts:
• Days: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Afternoons/Nights: 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM
