Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Machine Operator for a client in Braselton, GA. You will operate resistance welding machines, brake presses and other machinery, and complete the Operator Maintenance Program within 90 days.

Reliability and attention to detail are essential. Night shift, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, pay $20/hour. Benefits include medical and prescription plans, life insurance, short-term disability and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Strong communication skills in English and basic math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned manufacturing machines including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.
• Complete the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) within the first ninety days of employment.
• Consistently meet production requirements and maintain quality standards.
• Identify unsafe conditions or defective products and take corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 3rd Shift Machine OPerator to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Machine OPerator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Night Shift, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
