Job Requirements

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm

As a DTG machine operator - 1st shift, you will bring customer artwork to life by producing digitally printed garments in a high-efficiency environment.

Typical Responsibilities

1. Interpret work orders and ensure accurate execution.
2. Inspect print quality and graphic placement.
3. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot DTG printers.
4. Manage files and project statuses in order management software.
5. Prioritize orders based on due dates and prepare for printing.
6. Inspect finished prints and perform touch-ups as needed.
7. Package garments accurately, verify order details, and record production data.
8. Assist in finishing, digital print, embroidery, and other areas as needed.
9. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
10. Stay current with shipping procedures and company policies.

Candidate Profile

Effective communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, multi-tasking, organization, adaptability, computer literacy, mechanical aptitude, energy, and positivity are desired qualities.
