Job description

Wage: depends on experience + production bonus

Overview of Position:

• Train on all saws and cutting equipment
• Meet the production standard on each machine trained on
• Set up saws and machine properly while following LOTO procedures
• Perform preventive maintenance and change blades on machine as assigned by Plant Manager
• Build and cut pallet components.
• Sort and inspect pallet components.
• Inspect and run machines
• Operate all pallet manufacturing facility tools (saws, nail guns, pallet jacks, hand tools) and equipment in a safe manner
• Sort and stack pallets according to customers’ requirements
• Keep daily log of work done to turn into shift supervisor at end of each shift
• Wear all personal protective equipment required
• Clean up the work area during and at end of each shift
