We are hiring for the Machine Operator position at Global Payments Inc. This role is scheduled for 1st shift: Tuesday - Friday and every other week Wednesday - Friday, from 5:45 am to 6:00 pm.

Role Summary

The Machine Operator will use both machine and manual procedures to receive, separate, process, pack, and deliver work in a zero defect environment. Responsibilities include utilizing multiple databases to record and track work, verifying addresses worldwide, printing labels, verifying contents, issuing products, and documenting work status. The role involves identifying errors, handling returns or exceptions according to client specifications, and serving as the last verification point to ensure the accuracy of client information.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and organize required collaterals (e.g., inserts, forms, labels) for production, verify against job orders, and prepare for processing.
• Initiate machine start-up and operation processes, including printing labels and sealing envelopes, based on client requirements.
• Perform manual pre-processing tasks such as separating, packing, counting, and affixing labels prior to machine operation.
• Record work status in proprietary databases, ensure compliance with SLAs, and inspect 100% of work in a zero defect environment.
• Reconcile collaterals and assist in quality review of outgoing products.
• Operate various software systems for tracking, reviewing, and invoicing client work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in production or office environment emphasizing accuracy and accountability
