Summary of This Role

Using both machine and manual procedures, the employee may receive, separate, process, pack, and/or deliver in-process work or completed work in a zero-defect environment. The role involves utilizing multiple databases to record and track work, including verifying addresses worldwide, printing labels, verifying proper contents, issuing products, and documenting work status. The employee must identify errors, returns, or exceptions and handle them according to client specifications. This position serves as the last point of verification to ensure the accurate output of client information.

What Part Will You Play?

• Identify and gather required collateral materials (e.g., inserts, forms, letters, card carriers, envelopes, labels, etc.) for assigned production jobs; organize them according to priority and workflow to ensure efficiency. Verify the amount and type of collateral against the job order and prepare for production.
• Initiate startup and operation of machinery for production tasks such as printing shipping labels, attaching cards to carriers, sealing envelopes, etc., especially for specialized client requirements outside standard machine operator duties.
• Perform manual pre-production tasks like separating, packing, counting, loading, affixing labels, and scanning or issuing collaterals within specific departments.
• Record work status in proprietary databases, ensure accountability for sensitive items, and review compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Understand client-specific standards and inspect 100% of work in a zero-defect environment.
• Reconcile collateral inventory to ensure accurate accountability, assist experienced manual operators, and serve as the final quality review for outgoing products.
• Operate various software systems used for tracking, reviewing, accessing, and invoicing clients for reimbursable work such as labeling, postage, and delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience
• Experience in a production or office environment requiring high accuracy and accountability

Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00. Salary will consider location, experience, and other factors.
