Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in Townsend, MA in their search for a Machine maintenance operator. This role offers a path to grow your skills within a production environment and contribute to high-quality output.

Responsibilities include maximizing uptime, preventive maintenance, minor repairs (HVAC/plumbing), and troubleshooting electromechanical equipment. Requires HS/GED and 2 years' experience or a tech certificate. Pay ranges from $25 to $29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical and electronic repair knowledge.
• Experience with troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Experience in maintenance in a production environment & knowledge of machine tools.

Responsibilities

• Maximize production uptime and ensure machines and the plant operate at optimum levels.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, conveyors, and production machines; minor HVAC/plumbing repairs.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Identify problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and using measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Maximizing production up time and high-quality products by ensuring machines and physical plant are operating at optimum levels.

• Completes preventative maintenance requirements (equipment, conveyor systems, production machines); performs minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and other aspects of the physical plant.

• Provides ongoing troubleshooting and repair of equipment.

• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening to problems, using precision measuring and testing instruments.

Requirements

• HS/GED and 2 years' experience or Tech Cert.

• Basic electrical and electronic repair knowledge.

• Experience with troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.

• Experience in maintenance in a production environment & knowledge of machine tools.

Pay Details

$25.00 to $29.00 per hour
