Pay ranges from $16.50 to $20.50 per hour based on experience, with first and second shifts available. The position offers overtime opportunities and a stable full-time schedule with 3-day weekends on weekday

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned assembly machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load component parts into assembly machines according to production orders and specifications.
• Verify that all components and materials match the part numbers and requirements listed in production documentation.
• Inspect work-in-progress and finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards and operating procedures.
• Complete production records, quality documentation, and other required paperwork accurately.
• Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting as needed.
• Report major equipment issues to the Maintenance Mechanic or Supervisor.
• Assist with mechanical maintenance activities and receive cross-training on higher-level technical maintenance functions as needed.
• Follow all BRC, GMP, safety, and quality regulations and requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through proper housekeeping practices.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Assembly Machine Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and quality-focused operation of assigned assembly machines and production equipment. This role ensures that products are assembled according to production specifications while maintaining quality standards, workplace safety, and compliance with all applicable GMP and BRC requirements.

Available Shifts

1st Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate assigned assembly machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load component parts into assembly machines according to production orders and specifications.
• Verify that all components and materials match the part numbers and requirements listed in production documentation.
• Inspect work-in-progress and finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards and operating procedures.
• Complete production records, quality documentation, and other required paperwork accurately.

Pay Details: $16.50 to $18.50 per week
