Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Location: Addison, IL 60101

Shift: Initial 1st Shift Training (approx. 2 weeks), then 2nd Shift (2PM–11PM)

Pay: Starting at $22.50/hr+ DOE

Overtime: Available and may be required based on business needs

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to support our manufacturing operations as a Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting team member in Addison, IL. This position is responsible for maintaining equipment reliability, performing repairs, and assisting with routine preventive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine machine and equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Identify mechanical and operational issues, escalating concerns as needed
• Support and participate in preventive maintenance activities and equipment inspections
• Ensure equipment is maintained in safe and reliable operating condition
• Follow detailed maintenance procedures and comply with all safety requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding equipment status and needs

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable performing repetitive bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for long periods
• Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, safety procedures, and maintenance guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and within a team
